- WhatsApp Blue Tick verification
- Facebook Business Manager account setup
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before the initiation of any service.
- Fees for services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Any additional services requested after payment may incur extra charges.
4. Service Delivery
- Service delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
- Delays due to technical issues or third-party dependencies will be promptly communicated.
- CtrlAPI is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for service execution.
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp and Facebook policies to avoid service suspension or bans.
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials and sensitive data shared during the process.
6. No Guarantee of Approval
- While we provide assistance and expertise, CtrlAPI cannot guarantee approval for Blue Tick verification or Facebook Business Manager account setup, as these depend on the respective platform’s guidelines and discretion.
7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
- All client data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- CtrlAPI will not share or sell client information to any third party without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- CtrlAPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Termination of Service
- CtrlAPI reserves the right to terminate services for non-compliance with these terms or misuse of our services.
- Any service terminated due to client misconduct will not be eligible for refunds.
10. Amendments to Terms
CtrlAPI reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad.
