Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by the Client:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Info@ctrlapi.com.
- Requests made after the service has been initiated or delivered will not be eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellation by CtrlAPI:
- CtrlAPI reserves the right to cancel an order if the client fails to provide necessary information or violates the terms and conditions.
- In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services:
- Fees for services already initiated or completed are non-refundable.
- WhatsApp API provisioning, Blue Tick verification, and Facebook Business Manager account setup are dependent on third-party platforms, and refunds will not be issued if the service is declined due to platform-specific policies.
- Eligible Refunds:
- If CtrlAPI is unable to deliver a service due to internal issues, a full refund will be provided.
- If a service request is canceled by the client before initiation, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.
3. No Refunds for Policy Violations
CtrlAPI is not liable to provide refunds if the client’s account or request is rejected due to violations of WhatsApp or Facebook policies.
